Transcript Request Procedure
Please review the following information before you submit a Transcript Request.
Please submit one form for each transcript you need. Requests are usually processed within three business days. Delays are possible during school holidays, including summer. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the TASIS Office of the Registrar at registrar@tasis.ch.
Please note that this form should not be used for transcripts that will be used for college and university applications by current students. If you are a current student in need of a transcript, please contact the College Counseling Office before completing this form.
Login required for alumni and former students
In order to access the Transcript Request Form, you will need to log in with your Veracross account. For recent graduates and former students, your username and password will be the same that you used when you were a student. For older alumni, you may need to set up your Veracross account first before you are able to log in.
Alumni account setup:
Option A: If you have already provided TASIS with an email address, you can request a new password via email using the Veracross Forgot Password page.
Please note: This will be the last personal email address you shared with us, not a TASIS-issued email address (such as: name@s.tasis.ch - this email type will not work).
Option B: If TASIS does not have an email address saved on your record, you will need to submit the Alumni Information Update Form. Once we have received your form submission, your account will be updated within 1-2 business days.
