New Members of the TASIS Community

This week we were pleased to welcome 13 new students for the start of the second semester: 12 in the High School and one in the Middle School. These students hail from 10 different nations/territories: Canada, Colombia, Italy, Lebanon, Mexico, Nepal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Switzerland, and the United States.

We would also like to extend a hearty welcome to all the new families who have joined our community!

ES-MS Transition Meeting on January 21

Dear Parents of Grade Five Students,

We are excited to welcome the current 5th-grade students to our Middle School next year. We understand that this is a major transition for students, but we know that our strong program and excellent team will help them excel both academically and socially!

To help you prepare your children for this transition, we would like to invite all parents of 5th-grade students to attend a special meeting about the Middle School program in the Belvedere Salon on Tuesday, January 21, from 19:00–20:30.

This ES-MS transition meeting will be led by Lower School Head Tim Fitzgerald, Elementary School Assistant Head Guia Berera, and Middle School Dean of Student Affairs MJ Breton, who will address the topics below and then answer any other questions you may have.

Join Us at the Parent-Board of Directors Social on Feb 6

All TASIS parents are cordially invited to the annual Parent-Board of Directors Social at the Resort Collina d'Oro on Thursday, February 6, beginning at 18:00. Guests will have an opportunity to socialize with members of the TASIS Board of Directors and the TASIS Administration.

Upcoming Cultural Events

The Cultural Events Program at TASIS provides valuable cultural opportunities both on and off campus that are geared toward aspiring student artists. Details about upcoming events can be found below.

All members of the TASIS community (students, faculty, staff, parents, friends of the School) are welcome to attend cultural events that take place on campus. All off-campus trips, however, are reserved for High School students and faculty chaperones.
