The Class of 1986 had such a great 30-year reunion in Denver, Colorado!
The festivities started on Thursday when about half the people arrived. Most people were staying at the Oxford Hotel in the LoDo area, right across from Union Station. We had a great dinner at Osteria Marco in Larimer Square. On Friday, we had a nice walk through town ending at the Denver Art Museum while waiting for everyone else to arrive. Everyone met up in the Oxford bar, and then we spent the rest of the evening hanging out at the Wynkoop Brewing Company.
On Saturday, we had a fun day trip to Red Rocks, enjoying the scenery on a short hike after having lunch at Beso De Arte in Morrison, Colorado. Our main event on Saturday night was a lovely dinner at the Denver ChopHouse, where we had great appetizers, dinner, and dancing. It was so fun to see a slide show of old pictures and a video of our entire graduation ceremony, thanks to Lippy Lazar's dad. The Colorado Rockies had a baseball game that evening, and we were given an amazing fireworks show right after dinner! Sunday was spent at Hayter's Sports bar to watch the UEFA European Cup Final. Half the group headed home after that while others enjoyed one last dinner together at The Kitchen on 16th Street Mall to say goodbye. A great time was had by all!
PS The reunion also inspired Jacki Cooperman '87 and George Harrison '86 to get engaged! We are so excited for the.
