Global Issues Network Conference | March 22-25
Six students in 9th grade will travel to Luxembourg to present at the 12th annual Global Issues Network (GIN) Conference hosted by International School of Luxembourg (ISL). They have been working on their topic for nearly three months and are looking forward to presenting in front of service learning leaders from other European schools. They will be presenting on the topic of "Sex Trafficking in the Middle East."
The Serving Southern Africa group will hold a fundraiser next week in which students will be encouraged to guess the number of chocolate eggs in an Easter bunny (for a small donation). The student with the closest guest will win the chocolate, but all the funds raised will help support our partners in Zambia this April.
The TASIS delegation will depart at 17:30.
Note: TBD indicates that the details of an event are "to be determined."
