Congratulations to Director Valerie Bijur Carlson, Assistant Director Matthew Frazier-Smith, and the entire antigone/CAESAR cast and crew for three outstanding performances of the double tragedy over the weekend of November 16–18.

For the past six Novembers, a group of TASIS men has grown mustaches and created a music video in support of Movember, a global awareness and fundraising campaign designed to address major health issues faced by men. Spotlight on Academic Travel

High School and Middle School students ushered November by traveling all over Europe, with Fall Academic Travel taking them to Austria (Baad and Vienna), England (London), Germany (Berlin, Heidelberg), Italy (Florence, Rome, Trapani, Sorrento, Verona, and Venice), Portugal (the Azores), Scotland (Edinburgh), Spain (Salamanca), and Switzerland (Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich). Daisy Bachofen '20 put together this visually stunning video about the IB Environmental Systems and Societies trip to the Azores, an archipelago composed of nine volcanic islands in the North Atlantic Ocean west of continental Portugal.

Joy Mack '21 discusses the five rainy but magical days she and her Honors World Literature classmates spent in Florence furthering their studies of the illustrious Italian poet Dante Alighieri.

Historic flooding didn't stop Lana Kozak '19 from producing this gorgeous video about the IB Visual Arts trip to Venice, where 16 resilient young artists turned their misfortune into a very fun and interesting week.

Nicole Abrate Echezarreta '20 poignantly reflects upon the eye-opening trip to Berlin she and 17 other European History students embarked upon in early November.

Cristina Estevez '19 filmed and edited this entertaining look at the AP Art History class's journey to Vienna. Led by Khan-Page Master Teacher Mark Aeschliman, the group visited a number of world-famous museums, including the Kunsthistorisches Museum.
