The excitement was palpable from the moment the invitation went out to our alumni, with a rapid and strong sign-up leading to the largest registration ever seen for a reunion—and finally translating into a lively and happy gathering of around 200 at The Yale Club on November 19. It truly was an All-TASIS evening with alumni representing TASIS schools in Lugano, England, Greece and Cyprus, Fleming College Florence, and a variety of summer programs. Former faculty and staff joined in as well.
It was great to see alumni reconnecting with old friends and making new ones from a different decade or a different school: the TASIS spirit is a perfect common denominator.
Director of Institutional Advancement Bill Eichner and former Headmaster (and current Board of Directors member) Lyle Rigg were there to deliver remarks and represented four schools between them, delighting their former students and colleagues. This reunion was a year overdue, but we came back in force!
