We host milestone anniversary reunions on campus. If you and your classmates are interested in returning to TASIS to celebrate an anniversary decade-reunion, please reach out to the Alumni Office to know the dates that have been designated for campus reunions during your anniversary year.

Inquire about an anniversary reunion for your class at least a calendar year before you would like to hold your reunion. The TASIS Academic Year and Summer Programs are full of events and activities that use campus facilities and resources. Reunions are only possible on campus on specific weekends during the year.

We rely on class agents to know whether the class is interested in organizing a campus reunion. However, sometimes it is not the class agent who starts the ball rolling on a reunion, and that’s okay too!

The multiple major school events in May, including the Spring Arts Festival and Graduation Week, make holding alumni events on campus around this time an unlikely option. 

TASIS designates specific dates for on-campus reunions that coordinate with the Academic Year and Summer Programs calendars. Please email the Alumni Office to learn what those dates are.

Due to the lengthening of the Academic Year and the busy Summer Programs schedule, it is no longer possible to host alumni in the dormitories. The TASIS Visitor Portal has information about staying in the local area.

Reunion dinners that are not too large are held in Casa Fleming and typically run until 10 PM. For larger groups, the reunion dinner will be held in Villa De Nobili or another location on campus.

Yes, we can cater to vegetarians and vegans and those with food allergies. These preferences can be indicated on the reunion’s registration form.

TASIS will invite any teachers who live locally and taught when you were at TASIS.

Certainly. If your class chooses to meet up elsewhere in the world, the alumni@tasis.ch will help by emailing the invitation to your classmates, sending TASIS logo items to share with attendees, and publishing photos and a reunion recap on the TASIS website and our social media channels. 

We suggest that you do one or more of the following:

1. Create a free Gmail email account along the lines of tasisclassXXXX@gmail.com (e.g.  tasisclass2000@gmail.com). Add class agents and anyone else managing the reunion logistics as administrators to the account.
    

2. Connect with your class on social media. Many of our alumni create a Facebook group page for their class. Also see social media options for organizing your reunion.
    

3. Make sure that all of your classmates are connected with TASIS. Have them submit the Information Update form to receive reunion and event invitations from the TASIS Alumni Office. 

If the TASIS Alumni Office invited your class to an anniversary reunion and you did not receive an invitation, it is probably due to the following:

1. TASIS does not have your email address. Update your contact information to ensure that the Alumni Office has your correct email and postal address.
    
2. You unsubscribed from receiving emails from TASIS. Please check your communication preferences and/or update your contact information.
    
3. Check your SPAM folder in your email account for emails from TASIS and mark them as not SPAM.

Smart casual or as elegant as you feel like going are both appropriate. We will be on an all-campus tour prior to cocktails and dinner, so consider this when choosing footwear. For those who knew the TASIS founder, dressing as you would have for a cocktail reception with Mrs. Fleming would be perfect.

The Alumni Office will share contacts for a local babysitter, and most are available to come to your hotel the evening of your class reunion to care for your children. Please contact the Alumni Office for more information.

TASIS is a non-smoking, non-vaping campus.

Dogs are not allowed in dining areas on campus. We are also sensitive to the fact that some alumni and guests may be afraid of dogs and therefore discourage our guests from bringing them to reunions.

Many alumni are connected to TASIS through the TASIS Alumni Facebook page and the TASIS Alumni Forum on Facebook. Your class agent will have updated information, too. If you don’t know who your class agent is, reach out to the Alumni Office.

Provide us with your up-to-date email and postal address through our Information Update Form. This will ensure that you receive invitations to reunions and events on campus and around the world and the alumni and friends magazine TASIS Today.

As noted above, you can always provide us with your most up-to-date contact information through our Information Update form.

Share your news through our Alumni Class Notes form.

All alumni information stored in our database is only accessible to TASIS employees in relevant departments. We do not share your contact information with other alumni, current or former faculty and staff, or outside organizations. If someone is looking for you, our office will email you with the request. We will not share your email address or personal contact information. Yes! Whether you graduated from TASIS or not, you are part of our alumni community! Please stay in touch so that we may send you invitations to reunions and events on the TASIS campus and around the world and keep you connected to your classmates. Update your contact information via the Information Update form. Take a look at upcoming TASIS reunions around the world. Plan on attending all-class reunions, and help spread the word to your classmates so that you can attend as a group!

If you’re planning to visit campus and can let us know ahead of time, we'll schedule a tour for you with a member of the Alumni Office Monday–Friday from 8:00am–11:30pm and from 1:00pm–5:00pm. Submit your visit request via the Alumni Campus Visit Request form. Tours are not scheduled when the campus is closed for winter or spring break or on the weekends. See the TASIS calendar of dates here. If your visit must coincide with a weekend or school break, you may schedule to walk around the public spaces on campus unaccompanied. Reception at the TASIS main gate will let you on to campus upon arrival. See the Visitors portal for transportation and parking information. Please note: during a campus tour, we cannot show dorm rooms where current students live.

We ask that alumni please make a request to use the library ahead of time so we can make appropriate arrangements. At times the library is used for testing, classes, events and other activities. Email alumni@tasis.ch to know if the library is free to use.
