Admissions
In 1956, Mrs. M. Crist Fleming had the vision to bring the best of American boarding school education to the heart of Europe. As her dream of a truly global village of learners came to be shared by students from more than 60 different countries, TASIS quickly became known as one of the leading boarding schools in Europe.
A TASIS education is rich in challenge and opportunity, with the student experience defined by challenges in the classroom, in the art studios, and on the sports fields and by opportunities for travel, leadership, and lifelong friendships. I invite you to share in the TASIS experience.
I hope that your school search brings you to our beautiful campus of historic buildings in the hillside surroundings of Lugano so that you can discover firsthand what makes TASIS such a special place.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. I hope these pages help you get a sense of life at TASIS and prove to be a useful tool in guiding you through the application process. If you find that your questions are not answered here, please feel free to contact our Admissions Office directly.
Sincerely,
Bill Eichner
