November 2025

November 2025

From eye-opening Academic Travel trips across Europe and stunning outdoor adventures within Switzerland to stellar performing arts events on campus and impressive athletic achievements at conference championships, we take a photo-driven look at the past month at TASIS.

Setting the Standard

A team of seven evaluators visited campus during the last week of October to conclude a successful years-long CIS/NEASC accreditation process, which was spearheaded by TASIS Accreditation Coordinator Kari Fritz, Headmaster Chris Nikoloff, and the accreditation Steering Committee—with contributions from all corners of the TASIS community. The visiting assessors's initial evaluation is very positive, and a full report is expected in January of 2026.

Planning for the Future

TASIS hosted admissions representatives from more than 30 universities in the US, UK, and throughout Europe for the fourth annual TASIS University Fair on November 3. See more photos.

Full Moon Rises

Exploring Switzerland

Teachers expanded upon their studies, students enriched their relationships, and all returned to campus energized for the final weeks of the semester. College Counselors Hit the Road

The TASIS College Counseling team attended the CIS Global Forum on International Admission and Guidance in Seville, Spain, on November 13–14. With more than 900 representatives from universities and high schools in attendance, the college counselors took the opportunity to network with colleagues from around the world while also participating in two days of helpful professional development sessions on topics such as IB Updates, Developing Self-Knowledge in our Students, Dutch University Admissions, Ethics in College Admissions, and UCAS Updates. They also represented TASIS at the High School Fair and various networking events, advocating for TASIS students who are (or will be) applying to specific universities and encouraging these universities to come visit the beautiful TASIS campus.
