November 2022

November 2022

From special events on campus and Academic Travel across Europe to first-rate performing arts shows and impressive athletic achievements, we take a photo-driven look at the past month at TASIS.

The Future of Campus

On November 1, a pair of ninth graders traversed the slope connecting lower and upper campus. This seldom-used area of campus will soon be developed to include more classrooms, dormitory space, and a music center. Learn more about the Master Plan for the TASIS campus.

Classrooms Across Europe

On November 1 and 2, High School students and faculty members departed campus for 18 Academic Travel trips spread out across 14 cities in seven countries. For nearly a week, students dove deeply into their studies while exploring the following destinations across Europe: Austria (Vienna and Baad), Czech Republic (Prague), France (Paris), Germany (Nuremberg), Italy (Florence, Liguria, Modena, Rome, and Venice), Malta (Mdina), and Switzerland (Geneva, Leysin, and Zurich). See photos of all the trips.

For their Fall Academic Travel trip, Middle School students journeyed to Gstaad for four days of outdoor adventure. In the beautiful mountains, forests, and lakes of western Switzerland, students and faculty chaperones worked together to complete team-building challenges, navigate high ropes courses, climb rock walls, build rafts, and much more!
