The TASIS Summer Programs are looking for an IB Preparatory Teacher to teach IB Skills to students who are considering or beginning the IB Diploma

Job description:

Five full days (9:00 AM through roughly 2:00 PM) per week of teaching IB Skills to prepare students who are considering or beginning the IB Diploma. Every other afternoon requires chaperoning sports. Some evening duties are also required, usually from after dinner until 9:00 PM. On weekends teachers chaperone student trips (some overnight, some day only) throughout Switzerland and Italy.

Requirements: 

• Open to IB teachers with knowledge of the expectations of the IB Diploma
• Familiarity with Theory of Knowledge (teachers of TOK a plus)
• Knowledge of Extended Essay requirements
• Involvement with CAS requirements
• Experience with camps, sports, and activities

Dates are from July 22 to August 13, 2023. Compensation based on experience. Room and board provided by TASIS. Travel stipend to and from the program
