TASIS Elementary School Theater Presents The Prince and the Pauper

The TASIS Elementary School Theater Company put forth two outstanding performances of The Prince and the Pauper in the Palmer Center on the evenings of May 28–29. The world premiere was filmed and can be watched in full above, and photographs from the show can be found on the TASIS SmugMug page.

Based on the Mark Twain masterpiece about truth and mercy, this adapted version of The Prince and the Pauper was written by Stephanie Figer, Michael Rosenbaum, and TJ Liquori—veteran members of the TASIS Summer Programs’ Dedicated Performing Arts Team (DPAT). Elementary School Theater Director Matthew Frazier-Smith directed the musical, Julie Frazier-Smith served as the assistant director and choreographer, and Melody Tibbits Zanecchia provided the accompaniment. The talented cast consisted of more than than 40 Elementary School students.
